1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using allianceonefacility.com (the 'Site'), operated by Alliance One Facility Services LLC ('Alliance One', 'we', 'us'), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site. The Site provides general information about Alliance One's facility services and field operations and allows visitors to contact us or request a proposal. Content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, a binding quotation or a contract. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

3. Credentials and Affiliations. Certifications, registrations and memberships referenced on the Site are held by the entities identified next to them, including Costa's Pro Services LLC, majority owner of Alliance One. References to member companies (ADR Snow Management Corp. and ADR Pro Builders Corp.) describe operating experience and do not create obligations on their behalf.

4. Images. Some images on the Site are representative of service capabilities and are not depictions of specific Alliance One projects unless expressly identified.

5. Intellectual Property. The Site's text, graphics, logos and design are the property of Alliance One or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Submissions. Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must not include confidential or classified information. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship.

7. Third-Party Links. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. The Site is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance One is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
